Chair Massage
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace.
You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing.
With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage.
Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
Contact me for group/event specials in which it's $1 per minute and each person gets 15 min of healing soothing touch to rejuvenate their body.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Hot Stone Therapy

Reiki
Reiki is a natural healing technique for stress reduction & relaxation. It restores physical and emotional well-being.
Reiki is performed with the client fully clothed.
Reiki can involve touch, but doesn’t necessarily require it.
It depends on the client’s preference.
There is also Reiki for Pets which can be done in person or via distance as well.

Ionic Detox Foot Bath
Come relax and put your feet up for awhile!
This amazing foot bath allows for toxins to be pulled out of your body through your foot.
After a short soaking session the feet are gently massage with some healing foot cream and last, but not least wrapped lovingly in heated towels.
